It's like.. more than half the size smaller than the other one.

It also does not have a thumbnail when searching for it.

Unfortunately, just ran a test. Had the simulation run for two weeks and nobody, neither residents or tourists, came to visit. Seems like you have to open the building to guests.

It looks very good but it needs an icon. Also I wish the outside area was more fleshed out, right now it's just like a doghouse.

Well, most of the other building mods I use either have a custom icon, or at least a default icon, but for this mod it is just a blank space... there must be a way to do it, but I am not entirely sure how

Custom icons don't seem supported currently, at least as far as I can tell.

Also, I'll add that the game only allows for one texture and one mesh, making it fairly difficult to create a detailed model.

hey mmagic I wish the developers would give us more control of the LOD. Unfortunately, I cannot change how my model looks from farther away.

im sorry but i wish someone can make some quality models the LOD and texrures on every model is terrible
