I went with a building from GTA:SA because the graphics in that game are outdated. It makes it easier for a noob like me to recreate. I actually made a few goofs on this, like how almost all of the textures are actually mapped on the inside, and therefore flipped vertically and horizontally in order to appear correctly from the outside >.>
I guess I'll try creating more GTA buildings, like Burger Shot and Well Stacked Pizza. Assuming I get any better at this, I'll try making versions of these from the newer games so that they look nicer.
