Here it is. After I have contacted CO which lead to no result in an ETA of the tunnel implementation for the map-editor I have converted the map to european theme.
You can find it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=458365692
Have fun!

there is one remaining issue... I could successfully import all roads and i´m able to even improve the quality compared to the 81 Tiles version. It already looks quite nice and contains even more roads as previously, especially the mountain roads.
The remaining issue is that CO, by any reason, did not include the tunnel feature into the map editor which again hinders me to make ONE FINAL 1:1 copy of the real infrastructure. I really hate this because, as you might know, there are quite some tunnels arround the city which, if not implemented, they are disconnecting outer parts of the city.
I desided to wait with the final release until this is implemented by CO or modded by a gamer. You can read the post here: http://www.reddit.com/r/CitiesSkylines/comments/36hit0/european_theme_tunnels_available_like_now/crei6b2?context=3
I want to make one last and perfect update, instead of another 3 variants.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks for your posts.
@ drunk@ouzo: I have tried to transfer back roads from a savegame via Cimtographer export but it never worked. I tried this even already before I was releasing V3 and 81 Tiles - no success. I gave it another try just one hour ago and what can I say, I could export all roads and get it back to the Editor with minor quality loss. Well, this saves me tons of hours. I look forward to present the Euro-Setting for V3 and 81 Tiles soon.

Im playing on this map since some day and i must say it's excellent :) Btw i modified a little in the editor to make all the terrain usable with agriculture. Nice road and rail placement.
PS - i've been in innsbruck a couple of times.

@uzigunner, I hope you get it working. I love this map of my home town and was quiet disappointed when I found out that CO didnt include a theme changer... Unfortunately cimtographer is discontinued, so the map has to be redone by hand.

Hi all, i need to convert to european settings, but i had no time lately. I try to do this in the next days or week. I hope there is a way where i can transfer the highways from this map to the new setting, otherwise there will be no other option as to do them by hand again. Lets see.

I'm afraid this map is set to "borean", which kinda defeats the purpose. Would be great if someone could convert it to the european theme.

Is the map set to "european" ?

@LMD thanks!
I´m currently working on a fun map without realistic background and on an full road import version of this map. With the last one it will be very easy to build up the original city and surrounding villages for those who are interested. But there are still some issues with the road import via Cimtographer and the Editor. I don´t want to make only a savegame, I want to release a map to start with, 18x18 km, and full road import for all 81 tiles, unlockable with the mod. I´m not far from success, hope I get through this export issue soon...

Amazing map, great work with the highways. Love the combination of some flat space for a "downtown" area and interesting suroundings. Make more maps!

@ jordie. Look, the water and waste water simulation in this game is simply not correct. The water treatment plant in Innsbruck is treating all waste water for the city itself and 14 surrounding villages, so approx. 200.000 people, while having a daily output of only 70.000 m³ treated water which enters the river. This is 490.000 m³ a week. Currently I´m having in game 107.000 citizen which produce 1.425.000 m³ waste water a week. You see the difference? This is nearly 6 times more water which enters the river in the game as in reality.
Another point is that the treatment plant is cleaning with a efficiency between 90% and 95%, not only 85%.
So what options I have now? I can delete the water from the river so you are able to fill it up with waste water only OR you simply reload the game before the disaster started and follow what is written in comment 3 here.
Good luck!

I know you tried to make it realistic byt the water flow stuff really ruined the map. My city was awesome and I'm sad it's becoming unuseable with sewage overflowing everything :/

The road layout is great. I like it. Well done!

BTW, if you have trouble with too much water in the river or/and polluted water at approx. 80K+ citizens I strongly reccomend this mod: "Sewage Treatment Pump" from "Carlzilla" https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=415104975
Reason is that in reality nearly no water from the river is used except some industry or agriculture maybe, most is taken from the mountains arround. But this would be hard to implement... too many of them and too tiny for the strong pumps ingame. And if taken from other sources than the river in game (water tower) there will the point where the river simply gets too much water as it could deal with. If taken from the river, there can be the issue with pollution because of the cleaning effect of only 85% of the treatment station which also not reflects the real conditions. Therefore, if you come to this point and can´t find any solution, in the link above you have it.
