When you subscribe to it Pastorn, it should just appear inside your low desnity residential areas, as a level 1, i think it could potentially go all the way, but might get replaced by something fancier.

Haha the man in that house got everything aranged and probably wears an anti emf pendant.
Don't know if they work but those anti emf shield pendants exist for real. Just a few 100 dollars :p
