Would be funny to pair the concept with a policy to ban wagetheft which costs money but when enabled would prevent those assets from spawning but for the first 4 years drastically increases crime (as they are being arrested), raises value of commercial property, cims more likely to purchase tickets in parks, happyness is boosted but tourism decreases as less cheap commercial leasure and nightlife. Lol

These shops normaly hire 2-4 staff, Considering the constant wagetheft scandals 7-eleven is embroiled in this asset should be set as employs 1 cim considering that the combined wages and salary would equate to only 1 employees Annual wages and thus contributes less tax revenue and employment benefits to the community. It could add another layer to the game if set to automatically grow as you would have to build and manage the city and at the same time try to destroy all of the outlets to keep employment high and prevent your budget from dipping into the red lol. Could do the same with Bunnings, Woolworth, Coles, Target, Big W, Costco not to mention all of the fast food outlets that only hire juniors and raise unemployment for adults lol.

Love this. Download the building upgrade mod to stop it upgrading and you have a permanent 7/11 (unless it gets abandoned or burns down).
