Erm, ok. I knwo, what you mean. But its goo that way for the late game. The highway may not end in thestartin square, but at least passing it. If you play a game without mods (all tiles, endless money, all steps at the start) you will start you city anyway near the highway, so its not too bad at all.

it should, Not sure now, if I really set it before uploading, but I intended the square at the beach, near the waterfal as starting square. Will be updated, if a check shows another setup.
