It's not banned, you can still use it. They just marked it incompatible for some reason... even though it still works.

Please visit Simtropolis to download the full .rar file of all the plants if you want them and place them into your assets folder. You will never had to deal with steam removing them from you then by me getting banned. You can download them here... {LINK REMOVED}

That's because Steam decided to ban them on me... It's fucking stupid, I have a ticket open trying to get it unbanned.
