Yep. Thats the one. Jugbot has a macro that can help with making the maps, http://forum.keenswh.com/threads/me-world-machine-map-texture-macro.7332994/page-2#post-1286686115 . I have one too that you can use but i havent published it any where, so let me know if you would like it.

Tractor beam, I pulled an asteroid down to earth : )
Its actualy a program called world machine which lets you make terrain maps, from there I followed the custom terrain guide the devs posted.
