asset is broken. shows 4/5 households and does not level up. please fix it because it's a nice building

Nice building but it builds everywhere the dimensions allows but doesn't level up.

Great building, only for some reason it doesn't level up in my game. All buildings surrounding it are level 4 and this building stays there at level 1.

I agree with dakdak; I'd love to see this supporting more families. But it's a great-looking building!
