I think 4v2 footprints have a problemw with sharing its footprints of other buildings. Every time I include a 4x2 into a Build Theme at lowest spawn it, it automatically assumes the perfect fit anyway.

I must suggest upgrade it to 4x3, too. :steamhappy:

I'm switching to the l3 low density one. The problem I had was that this building could't upgrade because there seems to be no level 2 buildings with this 4x2 size.

Could you make a cimema like this only a ploppable unique building, and much bigger (maybe 2x the size of this one)

I want to make a theatre/red carpet district and I need a cinema like these

Okay, I went ahead and uploaded a level 3 low density commercial version. Link is in the description above. The low density version is 4x4 and has a parking lot and some trees in front of the building.

Or maybe have it as both, frankly. Maybe just add some more trees on the low density level 3, and add more neon signs to the high density version. I mean it would make sense, a small cinema for low density highly developed commercial, and a larger cinema for high density.

I was actually debating about 50/50 whether it should be level 1 high density or level 3 low density. Maybe I'll upload both so people can decide which version they prefer.

Thanks for the advice! I went through everything I've submitted to the workshop so far and made sure all my models mentioned that they were custom made by me.
