AirsoftPlayz, Create a cfg of the viewmodel/ crosshair you want, add it to /csgo/cfg. Once in Hammer Editor, create a point_servercommand. Then if you want it to happen automatically, add a logic_auto. And on Output select NewMap, Target the point_servercommand, set Input to Command, and parameters of exec Whatever. If you need more help, add me.
