This is known as "The Lipstick" IRL - the Gunwharf Complex is the entire shopping/residential area built on the old docks.

Model & textures look great, but the ground seems to be a bit barren - could use some more trees/greenery/etc.

Just the same, will change the descriptions to reflect that. Wasn't sure if it was prefered as a lvl4 or lvl5 H.density

Is this any different than the level 5 one or are they exactly the same?
