@bnagle2 - When you let 1 tile on the left and 1 tile on the right of the 4x4 tile free than you get no nuisance :). You can also found the issue in the description text #Issue.

This building is a nuisance as it is placed on too small a site. It overlaps into streets and other buildings!!!

I think the file names are getting changed with the updates, and that is causing the game to think that the asset is now different. I notice this a lot with the Building Themes mod. Assets will suddenly stop loading in themes after they are updated. It is not all assets, but the ones that i happens to, it happens repeatedly, and coincides with updates.

As single building, I felt that it was well lit but when the building as a neighborhood ( several buildings next to each other) has occurs overexposure, this is now fixed with the new update.

@max.woehl - THX for your feedback, problem is already known I'm not sure why some buildings disappear I do some tests and I saw it happend also to vanilla buildings.

One question...
Does anyone know the name of the mode where we can rollover the bulding, copy it and then place it on the desired spot?
I got rid of it by mistake since After Dark. Its quite a useful mod really.

Now players can create a district style with only these buildings, these styles are also recognized by the Building theme mod.

Very well done! Are there any similar growable residential or commercial buildings like this in the workshop? It will give nice European feel to the city.

This building seems to grow and cover half the street. The other halved one is behaving properly.

I counted the 3d object Elbe Residence, it has less than 65,000 vertices (including also the LOD).

You say:

How many polys have you counted? :) (Mod file size 5.2 Mb)

Please look at the file size, it is very sm,all the mod include interior and high-resolution textures and therefore quick to load in the game.

Remember that you can build a very large city in Cities Skylines,
65,000 vertices should thus be a dollop for the game and I guess that the developers have taken into account in this game concept and I guess the game can handle more like 65,000 vertices!

Where did you read this, that Cities Skylines can handle only 65,000 vertices, Do you have a link for the community?

I really like this building, but I've repeatedly seen the problem of it extending over the sidewalk into the street. Is there anyway to fix that?
