Seems the game automatically compresses the textures. Not sure how i can work around that. Ill keep you updated.

Hello Tair, after testing this out. The only constructive critism I have are the textures. I think the model is fantastic. But the textures look a bit blurry, especially the roof textures.

@Lucatin It works fine,Pedestrians just seem to clip through the left garden section. Not a bug per se,but more like how AI works. Other than that they hang out,enter the building,and sit on the benches normally. Even the parking works :)
