I've been looking for a mod like this but the range of the explosion should be next to nothing while the power is great, will make for the perfect breaching charge

btw i want small ship for size and compactabillity i dont want to use war heds becas it would only detonate the ones you hit but with a small ship vershon of this they would detonate all within 200 meters add them on to emp war heads and youve got a trap mine feald

It's a bit over powered. I'd prefer a weaker version. then if we need a bigger boom we can just use more. This is a bit much to blow up just the supports for my station.

Seems to be broken in Creative, as when you place it, you can set a countdown, but it doesn't actually count down, and when you arm it , weapons fire doesn't detonate it. Also, if you look at it in the terminal, it is listed as (Incomplete).

It a really cool explosive, but somewhat limited by the lack of a small ship version. Don't suppose you could update it to include that, could you?

It works and makes a cool *biff* sound in realistic mode. I wonder though.. if you could make the area a bit larger? I was trying to blow open bigger areas for mining.. and it takes quite a few of these. No big deal.

What would make this _really_ handy though, is being able to _place_ them like you can with warheads/blocks. For now, they float in the vacuum, and I shoot at them with my gun..

12/22/2016 - I tried using this, but the propagation effect didn't work. Only the charge I manually detonated or set off with a timer exploded, the nearby charges just sat there. In some cases, even another explosion going off near one didn't set it off.

The warheads radial damage can be tweaked in the block definition these are the defaults
Large:<ExplosionRadius>22.4415</ExplosionRadius>
Small:<ExplosionRadius> 4.4883 </ExplosionRadius>
Hopefully the author can add some variations of the block with different radii (maybe Small, medium and Large, varying the needed explosives for each)

It would appear that the charges don't search for other charges within a 200m radius. Is this broken? Am I doing something wrong?

These would make some useful mines too if they had a variant that can be dropped like inventory items and had some proximity detection range. I can agree though with the others, it could use a radius nerf to dealing more with individual blocks or a single large block radius around it.

DX-11 and i read how you decided how to make the explosion size but is it possible to make it a smaller radius?? Say ONLY blasting a doorway open not making a crater in the side.

Found it helpful to destroy NPC ship defenses. Should be named C4, not demolition charge. This things blast radius is more for the "offensive" uses.

Just a thought, I love the look of the control panel on the small ship space ball, it seems to fit the "charge" concept quite well. Any chance of seeing that?

Keep the current demolition charge, and add a second much small one named "Breaching Charge"
