This is still working with all DLCs. I use it with Daylight Classic and it looks awesome.

Any update?

I go hiking all the time in the northern mountain regions (namely the Pacific NW); thank you for making this!

@fentungan - I created this (and my other LUTs) before any patches/DLC were released for the game. They're still compatible and will work, but because CO changed the default lighting they tend to look a little different than what you see in my screenshots. I still have all my LUTs installed and use them from time to time, including this one.
HunterBydenCrackPipe 9 May, 2017 @ 9:30am
is this compatible with after dark DLC?
Seyaku-Brad 3 Apr, 2016 @ 8:37am
Cheers!

This is the best Color Correction!
Captain Soap 22 Feb, 2016 @ 12:21pm
How do i enable this LUT?
If i just switch it in the content menu to on, it won't work!

WOW
Great maps
Scotland Tom  [author] 29 Jul, 2015 @ 9:39am
@ Michael Rosen - The map I used for these screenshots is Powatan Valley !
PYROSIUM 19 Jul, 2015 @ 8:17pm
What map is this? It looks really cool.
Mythic 15 Jun, 2015 @ 10:17pm
nice fire in the back ground lol
WalrusInAnus 6 May, 2015 @ 12:54pm
Ah, thanks. Now I only need to find suitable map for it.
Sleams 6 May, 2015 @ 12:33pm
Yeah well thanks for the longer explanation, I couldn't be bothered
Scotland Tom  [author] 6 May, 2015 @ 12:32pm
Boreal actually refers to a biome type. In the game there are three, Temperate, Boreal, and Tropical. In the real world Boreal is generally used to refer to the biome that encompasses the great northern pine forests found in North America and Asia.
Sleams 6 May, 2015 @ 11:34am
Boreal is one of the three default colour corrections in the game.
WalrusInAnus 6 May, 2015 @ 9:03am
This might be a stupid question, but what's "boreal"?

@GabenIsDoge (─‿‿─) - I know there's a bug with 1.0.7c that makes all LUTs appear in the options menu with a default name. Is that what you mean? If not I can't really help without more information.
sigge 26 Apr, 2015 @ 4:44am
Not working
Scotland Tom  [author] 8 Apr, 2015 @ 6:02am
@KevinLancaster - Thanks for the info. That is indeed what it seems like from my end as well; especially if more people are having problems specifically after the update went live.
KevinLancaster 8 Apr, 2015 @ 4:23am
I read on another LUT's comments that it was a bug introduced in 1.0.7b so I don't think there is much that can be done except to wait for a patch to fix it.
Scotland Tom  [author] 8 Apr, 2015 @ 4:09am
It stinks that you guys are having trouble. Again the LUT is just a small image file and I haven't the foggiest idea how I could alter the file to fix anything. Really, it should just work. Based on KevinLancasrer's comment it might have something to do with how the game is handling the names of the files. Iwonder if removing it from the game and then re-downloading would help.
KevinLancaster 7 Apr, 2015 @ 10:46pm
On the bug, I personally can still select LUTs fine and they work, they just don't have a proper name in the options menu.
Nosh2O 7 Apr, 2015 @ 8:50pm
@Scotland Tom I get the same error as Brandeyn for all LUTS. I have the same mods as before the LIVE 1.07c update today. Prior to update your LUT worked. Is it possible your LUT does not work with 1.07c?
Scotland Tom  [author] 6 Apr, 2015 @ 12:47pm
@GordonDry - I'm sorry you're getting that error. A little searching tells me that particular error message is actually an extremely generic one that can be caused for any number of reasons. I do not believe Wild Wilderness is the problem. All any color correction LUT is is a basic .png image file that the engine references - no code involved. My guess is that another mod is causing the error to be thrown. I would start deactivating mods to see if any of them are causing the problem. I would also try other LUTs to see if they throw the same error. Finally I would uninstall Wild Wilderness and reinstall it.

Beyond those basic suggestions I'm afraid I can't help. I have no way to diagnose the error or even understand how it might be caused. If you still have problems you can always post the error on the official Paradox forums for assistance.

@Scotland Tom - Thanks! I'm going to go check it out now.

@Brandeyn - That would be my map Powatan Valley. It's up on the workshop right now!
★Breadboy★ 5 Apr, 2015 @ 7:08pm
Hi, Awesome LUT, What is the map shown in the pictures? It looks cool!
Scotland Tom  [author] 5 Apr, 2015 @ 4:57pm
@GoldLeader - Most image editing programs should work. Gimp would probably be fine.

@DJQuad - Thank you! You are not the first person to have said that. I certainly wouldn't mind as they sound like a great company!
DJQuad 5 Apr, 2015 @ 12:23pm
CO should hire you :)
GoldLeader 5 Apr, 2015 @ 11:56am
Can I use gimp or Microsoft expression suite to make a lut? I don't have photoshop.
Scotland Tom  [author] 5 Apr, 2015 @ 4:59am
@Thadian - I'm not a big fan of winter myself. This, to me anyway, feels more like a late spring morning in the mountains. I hope you like it as boreal maps can really be quite nice. Pine trees are great to decorate with.
Sol 5 Apr, 2015 @ 4:30am
I will give this one a whirl, I avoid Boreal because it reminds me of winter. Ugly and grey. Hopefully this mod changes that for me.
Scotland Tom  [author] 4 Apr, 2015 @ 3:46am
Thanks for all your kind words, guys! Glad you are liking it!
Lord Rato 3 Apr, 2015 @ 10:33pm
Best LUTs around, thanks man.
Domino's Pizzza 3 Apr, 2015 @ 10:11pm
Awesome! I love your LUT's!
Captain Morgan 3 Apr, 2015 @ 10:49am
Very nice! Thanks.
irol2273 3 Apr, 2015 @ 10:13am
Cool! And I love the sunlight just over the border mountains.
