Benedikt, my building has no lights when i did it, so, i think that when the night comes, the skycraper will be on the darkness xd. I will see how i can do it, althought i didn't buy the news expansions, so....... We will see it :D

This "bugs" are visual problems of Cities Skylines, I can't do nothing because it's a problem of the System Textures and graphics. Sorry :/
