I've been offline for about 2 years (since just after my comment of Feb 15, 2018. Just now getting back into the game (though the round balls of light around everything are definitely taking down my enjoyment of the game) and I'm setting up a whole street full of this Adam Highrise of yours. Hopefully with the population mod and the mod that is supposed to keep buildings from being abandoned, I'll be able to keep them on the street I put them on.
. If it works out, I'll drop you a link to a photo of them.
Thanks, again, for making this beautiful building. Absolutely love it.

Just an Afterthought.....
Feel free to copy the screenshots of your building in my “fire shots” at:

and
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1302747701
to add to your screenshots of this building, if you can use them.
All the lights went out in the building when the fire started next doors, so you might not want to use them. It didn't burn down, though, and when the fire next doors was put out, your buildings' lights did come back on.
Who knew they would even do that? Neat.
Okay - It plopped as a Level 5 building (that's good, because it won't morph into something else later). It dropped into the Building Theme for my city with no problem. It plopped to my city with 55 households as it's maximum. And by the time I'd taken 3 screenshots of the fire next to it, it had 42 residences filled.
Now then, my “signature color” is actually blue, but it's such a beautiful building and you've placed such nice landscaping (not to mention a great BBQ area and play area) on it that I'm going to keep it in my Building Theme anyway. It will definitely be an intricate part of my gamesave when I share it to Workshop in a week or so.
Thanks for making such a beautiful building for all of us to use.
Okay - I'll subscribe, plop it, and check back with you when I find out how it works in a city with no RICO. I'm hoping to report it works great because it sure is pretty.
:^)
1) Does your hi-rise grow to a level 5?
2) Can it be used without RICO?
I started using the Realistic Population mod (I don't have RICO on my computer). It gives me anywhere from 45 to 150 or so households in tall hi-rises. You might try that one.
I'm thinking about adding some tall buildings that will add LOTS of residents to my city pouplation, not just look good in the skyline.
Is yours functional in that way? If so, how many residents is it set to add when full?
Thanks in advance for the info.

Thankz for answering! As I'm just a novice (began yesterday) at modeling things, I'll take a deep look at it!
