Hey innesbrad. love the work for the 1st ship was using it back when the metalplat was the thing we needed. Well I just come back and I am trying to get back into the game. Was fine until I add this mod. It breaks the foodstuff factorys in AB. Since I am still early in campain mode not made it to DV yet. Ship work well the one I have seen is working sort of. I will admit I had a cheaper version back whe I played last time. Just ore required to be dropped off. Any way I am trying to find a work around to fix my foodstuff factorys proable just do a save game edit.

hey hive...let me ask this is does this script decalre those... yes i know i shoudl know but i have been not modding for like over a year it feels liek and am still opening my tools back up to try to look into soem of these issues.

Same problem but I found a fix.
Open savegame and delete sections

<connection connection="engine_r" macro="engine_r">
....
</connection>

and

<connection connection="engine_l" macro="engine_l">
....
</connection>

Use notepad++ example.

"...." - it means that you need to delete all content between <connection connection="engine_r" macro="engine_r"> and </connection>
same for <connection connection="engine_l" macro="engine_l">

Just to let people know your Library Scripts and LibMJ - Madjoker's Library Scripts do not work together. I try to buy engines and the mechanic takes the money, takes my current engine and the one I bought and smashes them on the ground so I can't buy either of them from him again. This repeats for every engine I buy and unless i reload my save I'm stuck with no engine in the end of this horrible cycle.

thats a cool game to i just cant play it all the time. I am a truck driver so my data is limited and space engineers sucks my data cause of the way the mods have to download. x rebirth only downloads them once and i am good to go,
I dont have a problem boosting i was even able to load this up with the mk5 engines bought already and it worked fine with out me having to restart but when i did restart a new game i couldnt by the upgrades. now the cantera refineryship doesnt show up but that might be cause of a mod that adds ships maybe i really dont understand most of this
how do i dump an error log to a text file and what would i be looking for?

for people that are curison where my energy is at.... i loved building stuff for you all and im currently working on a game called space engineers... we have made a lot of progress on that game... we have been writing very inteligent scripts to make some of the most tedious tasks perfectly automated... its a bit like mine craft i guess, but the real world physics is a lot of fun to work with and creates a ton of chalenges that take a bit to get used to. but once you figure them out its like childs play and the world has infinate posiblities unlike this game... i have built a lot of cool drones and ships like this game im workign on code to give to everyone so they can enjoy my toys...

im still arround, but i don't do much in this game anymore... to much other work to be done.
i didn't reply to this soooner because i honestly don't see how this library caused the issue.... because i only modify the base existing code of 3 files.. and that only changes the specialits people permissiosn and lets them repair things that usualy can't. the rest of this library is just add files and has no way to effect boosting.... now it could effect the ability to purchase but not in the way your describing.... if it was this mod the option woudln't even apear as a purchasable item because i mess with the recipe file when i added about 3 dozen ways to produce recources with primitve materials.

the best way to figure out what is really going on is to dump your error log file to a text file and read through it... it will identify the mods that are not functioning perfectly....

Hi i had an issue come up when i used this. my MK5 mods wouldnt let me purchase shileds or engines. well it let me buy them but be gone when i got back in the ship. Boost wouldnt even work said i had no engines.

um look in the section of the arry that says someting like (false, False, trust, False ) its a lot longer than that but thats the area you have to make the change... i think the last one is small fighters... but thats not the only change you need to make... you also need to update the engineer repair script so that the engineer repairs ships other than stations and large ships... its been a long time so i don't know what each one of the settings does anymore...

nah the original refinery ship writen by something like drizit that inspied me is broken.... my stuff is workign as far as i know other than the ice ship... and thats only a build problem...

the refinery broke?
i was not made aware that it was having issues... unless you count the ice refinery and that ship doesn't use this library yet... but it has a production issue at a ship yard that im still trying to figure out... but might not be able to do so in the time i got left before work hits high gear.

Manager on a Ship is for the ships i made that have production modules on board... with out the manger it buys and sells goods on the ship with out any kind of orders and you make money off it usually, but we needed the manger to give the players the ability to stock pile stuff on their ships that they want.

this script is not a ship yard.... its a set of code functions that change aspects of the game....

From what I gather, the manager for XL ships is meant for the production 'modules' of modded ships such as innesbrad's Canteran mobile refinery mod which, I think, is currently broken.

how this works for you modders is simple just link this file and use the macro and presto no hard work and you got my module in your design.. which shoudl be useful for ship makers who were talking about upgrading the leviathon to have my production toys... now i gave you the big peices here but your going to need to use station based docking ports to fix the large ship docking issues you will face if you don't have those points on your models already... god bless you moders have fun...

oh i left drones out on this pass, i don't have a ship that produces them yet...have plans for one that is xenon based. but not codded yet so have not made production recipies or parts.

Anti Matter Cells Innes Method <=> Fusion Reactor Innes Method should now be correct in the library fuel cell use is now 1% of the total energy required... fuel cell usage just flew off the edge of what a player could supply with numbers higher than 3% on most wares so i search for a bit trying ot find a balence and went on the low side to make it more usable.

NOTE: im going to tie all my existing ships into this library... will let me keep my recipes uniformal and do bug fixes on all ships at once should a problem arrise that breaks components.

V 1.01 added a lot of files to this library, mainly macros for ship production modules, the recipes they use for production methods, the crew files for allowing mangers and specilaists on large and capital ships and engineers being allowed on stations.
