That was the best times i had on any arma gamemod ! Any server still running this ?

I had some of the most fun and tactical experiences with this. In early days I would use it to create content that didn't depend on other third party mods but there was always that one in the middle that is a great mod, but if I was to undertake a project of this magnitude, I would limit dependencies. Most players back then NEEDED cold war era stuff. They didn't want the "future" weapons of A3. Which are pretty well done even if the recoil is janky. The team behind PR:Arma and the team behind TacBF I think both bit off an impossible task considering the community expectations back then. They created amazing products that should have changed the way the original game went. But for dependencies or perhaps partnerships that had disparate trajectories.

I don't know anything real. Just an I suppose. And respect for all the effort and great times had. Still wish it could come back.

hello friend I am a friend of GUNTHER here in Brazil and in the past I hosted a tacbf server on my dedicated server and currently I have a group that is looking to play again but there is an error in the mod that has already been corrected by me and I wanted to see how I do it for ask for your authorization to regain the mod with your credits

i am looking for a pvp mode, which there are no respawn between rounds. like in cs go. if you die you need to wait for next round to respawn. is this the mode i have been looking for?

Are there still servers, found nothing in the Arma-Browser?

You can always check out Frontline mod, it's very similar (made by mostly the same people)

One of the best mod i ever played on Arma, no idea why server population is so low, i think this mod don't have enought comunication, because when i see so much players on KOTH i am pretty sure that tacbf could have lot more players !

This is the best milsim modification/game, it's much better than project reality imo.
Devs, you need to bring your servers back to life. Barely anyone plays. What happened to the 24/7 maxed out player slot servers?! very sad...

@dark_passenger We are working on setting up a basic 'vanilla' server without needing those extra large mods. Check back in 1 to 2 weeks for progress.
