Like I said in my last comment, 1 tile wide touching the street, 3 tiles deep going back away from the street.

Do note that I posted this back in April. Since then there have probably been a lot of things posted that use the same zoning pattern. I can't guarantee it will appear often anymore.

@hup This is already growable on a 1 wide/3 deep low density residential lot. However it's not a super great asset to be honest. It was my first try at making a building and I didn't know a lot. I can try to remake at some point though.

@Iceman380: I do not believe they can. Because they would need to be a service or unique building, not residential. However, if you zone correctly, they should be one of the only things to pop up.

@craig.alan.rudd: All you should have to do is zone 3x1 Low Density Res with 1 cell touching the road and two more straight back behind it. If that doesn't work let me know. There is only one other vanilla building with that footprint so it should grow fairly consistently.
