We are not getting the same weapon as you have on the pictures. It has a longer muzzle, like the M45. Can you fix that please?

it always works for me (suscribed and everything) so must be problem of your game, redowload and check if steam and insurgency recognize the dowload

mod works , many people can confirm that. REMEMBER when you open the game you need to WAIT until all the mods load, you can see the progress by clicking addons button.

It seems to be some shader issues with lighting, it works on certain maps for me
