I loved the scenery of the map and how well sculpted it is, but the river and roads felt hastily done

I had trouble with a well used single water pump pulling in enough water to reverse the direction of the flow and would have had my sewage in the water pump if I didn't catch it early enough. I switched to water towers but as my city grew the discharge from my sewage system overtopped the banks of the rivers and flooded the surrounding area. (On a side note it's neat that the game can do this, but not something I wanted to happen.) I had to use a terraforming mod to deepen the river and fix the problem.

Don't know if this happened to anyone else, but after letting the time run awhile the river began to overflow it's banks near the fork. I had to terraform levies in order to stop the flooding.

@gatchafox: You won't be able to use pumps on the river and will have to rely on water towers in the beginning. There is a lake in the highland portion of the map, however, that will be able to support pumps.

Just began a game on this map and had trouble with the rivers. The river bed is too flat and with just two water pumps going, the river reverse direction. Every time a new river feeds into the larger river, it should lower the river bed to help prevent the river from flowing upstream.

Wonderful map. The highway is built so neatly and tight, impressive. Congrats!

@G-Wave: Agreed. I have added additional water resources in the form of a lake in the higher elevations of the map. It should be enough to supply a large city. Updated!

It is a lovely looking map. Sadly the river is too shallow / thin to be of use for a madium and larger city. Beef up the river and then it will be perfect.

@Jorundr Use Page Up/Down when placing power lines just like roads.

I already love this map even before playing it. The map that I was searching for weeks.
