@uberdudie, The Tenderloin is a neighborhood on the periphery of Downtown San Francisco. The uploader has done a great job of modeling a style of apartment building that is quite common in the neighborhood. The Tenderloin has some rather remarkable architecture from the early 20th Century. Though as breakpoint's comment suggests, when walking through it, it's better to look down at where you step, rather than up. The place is better known for its high concentration of drugs, vices, homelessness, and less for its architecture.

I can almost smell the urine. Don't step on those used hypodermic needles, kids!
