Found it.
props_buildings\row_res2_ascend_fullscale.mdl
These are full sized buildings in my Totally Black map, if you need them smaller, you'll have to add a scale control to the static_prop bone.
Not sure where or what games I had ported into SFM back then.
But it is as big as I could get it for SFM.

I usually throw a volumetric light into the scene and increase its farz where the camera first spawns. Just to give me a reference point. Then go from there... lol
