It's not as much of a bug with the flashlight image as much as it is a quirk of how the gunlight was set on the gun.

Yeah thats something I can't fix. That problem is on every flashlight on the workshop.

Anyone else having issues where her image keeps changing direction? As in it'll be normal, but as soon as I switch to a different weapon, it turns upside down or side ways.
