For anybody that doesn't understand the instructions, go to the Expression 2 in Wiremod, click on the chip for the dupe, then when you see the code, click "save as" and save it. Then spawn the e2 chip on the vehicle. It's not as hard as you all may be thinking.

the numpad input has to be wired and at the normal - value for it to work (normal value is 0.00)
