Can you make a mod, that changes Gustavus' Leader Ability without adding another Sweeden-Norway to the game?

doesn't work, his ability doesn't work. Also either CBP or your explore map makes seige units not need to set up?

@Mr. Engel the tordenskjold is a type of battleship named after the famous privater and vice admiral.

@JFD 2/2 I have a feeling that Tordenskjold is cherished/respected as a naval hero in Norway (he was born in Trondheim), Sweden and Denmark, so either way representatives of one of these nations had to be disappointed not to have him as a UU - as a Dane, I'll be just that on behalf my country.

Tordenskjold - Peder Wessell (1690-1720) - was made a Vice-admiral at the age of 26 and is buried in Copenhagen.

Finally, I want thank you thoroughly for what you, janboruta and other collaborators have contributed to CivV through your combined creativity. I hope you've gotten your computer problem solved, as I can't be of financial aid - something is rotten in the economic state of yours truly ...

@JFD It's really weird to see Tordenskjold as a Swedish-Norwegian UU, as he primarily worked for the Danish-Norwegian navy in the beginning of the 18th century and had many encounters with the Swedes during the wars of this era.

What you could do is make the Tordenskjold UU either a frigate or a privateer and swap it to your Denmark-Norway mod, and gift Denmark-Norways' Ski Infantry to Sweden-Norway, maybe enhanced by points towards Golden Ages either through kills or when gifted to friendly nations/City-states.

If you keep the UU as it is, you could make it earn Golden Age points through kills. This is the only mod I've seen that has Tordenskjold as a UU and that is beeping great, so no matter what you decide, thank you for making this historical person available as a UU to CivV. 1/2

Denmark civ , Sweden civ , Neitherlands civ already in game via DLC. am just looking for norway rather then Sweden-Norway .

Hmm for some reason sweden does not appear among the leaders. I am runing this mod alonside the Mannerheim Mod.

@Suicidal Fish Yeah, the main point was finding a leader that suited the vanilla Swedish UA and also as leader of Sweden-Norway. So not chosen for his merit as king so much as his aptness for a great person focus.

Oscar II isn't really that loved in Norway as he is seen as someone who resented the dissolution of the Union, while many in Sweden see him as someone who lost Norway. His personality fit that of a Civ-leader, but I would say Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte, or Karl Johan in Swedish and Norwegian would fit more as the leader of the Union. Great mod.

I am a big fan of your mods. I had many installed and working but recently something happened and I decided to clear all my mods and reinstall. So I tried reinstalling this mod by subscribing and it loaded fine and appeared in the mod list. But when I proceed I dont see any mod civ only the original pack. So i tried using direct download method with other civ and got the same result. They appear on the list, I enable them and proceed but they dont appear for selection. Plz help anyone.

Though I must say I never really liked the Noble Prize UA, something like rising the minimum level of a single city state by 10(limited to three times per city state) would be far more usefull than 90 points that decay over time.

If anyone could help me in this situation, that would be great. This also happens to me with the FDR America JFD mod, and TPangolins Colonial Legacies Inuit and Boers mods, but step four reads:
Right click the Civ5Mod file and select 7zip -> Extract to "JFD's - (insert civilization here)
I make sure 7zip is downloaded and I download the Civ5Mod file and right-click it, but there is no option that says 7zip. Do I need to dig deeper into the files? Sorry for bothering anyone, it just got to the point where 3/4ths of the mods i downloaded need to be manually installed. Thank you so much to anyone who could help!

Do great generals from Sweden die if they spread a religion?

Actually I was wondering if he could make a Teddy Rooseveldt America to go with Victoria, Nicholas III, the Meji Government, Belgiam and the in-game Bismark. I like to play games where the UU's mostly show up around the same time.

JFD only makes monarchies or empires, so that's not going to happen. Someone else might make that though.

Can you make Mao Zedong with next UA?
UA: The Great Leap Forward : Upon discovering Industrialization, World Wonders of Ancient, Classical, Medieval and Renaissance era become obsolete. +50% Production towards Industrial, Modern, Atomic, Information Wonder construction. These wonders produce +10 Culture in addition. Since Industrial era Faith buildings and improvements produce Culture instead of Faith.
