Hey mate, you wouldn't mind updating this, would you? It's fine if you don't, but it'd be appreciated. Thanks!

How do I stop being an Old Empire? Cause I'm regretting becoming one.
slaYERR_1999 14 Oct, 2015 @ 1:20pm
Thank You!

Pfff, that is only a part of this mod. The imperial Republic has all new election mechanics. But thanks anyways. :steamhappy:
Petonchio Spataponchio 29 Aug, 2015 @ 1:58pm
Kinda weird that Karl Marx of all people would make a mod where you become an empire, but...still pretty good!
Karl244  [author] 28 Aug, 2015 @ 4:03am
I will try to update it. There has to be a LOT of balancing and I intend to re-write the military dictatorships (there are new and better ways to code it).
Mercext 27 Aug, 2015 @ 7:11pm
Good mod, but the recent update broke it unfortunately.
Karl244  [author] 24 Jun, 2015 @ 1:19pm
I will update it this weekend.
dantegray94 24 Jun, 2015 @ 8:43am
mod has not been updated
Karl244  [author] 16 Jun, 2015 @ 3:59pm
There must be either something wrong with my code (curse you common sense!) or it is something on your end (either conflicting mods are some weird download error).
Gooby 16 Jun, 2015 @ 2:42pm
It's crashing when I click 'Factions' any help ?
Ser Lucas Avis ☭ 13 Jun, 2015 @ 1:30pm
Jajajaja!
Karl244  [author] 13 Jun, 2015 @ 7:03am
It should now be payable as it used to.
Karl244  [author] 9 Jun, 2015 @ 1:14pm
NOTE: Steam removes the, supported version = "1.12" , after uploading. So the mod should work, but you have to open the .mod file (with notepad) and add supported version = "1.12"
Karl244  [author] 9 Jun, 2015 @ 1:07pm
I updated it, it should work. I also added my first version of the new Imperial Republic elections, which may have bugs. Also on a side note, the Common Sense update broke all the code for the titles, so I will have to update it another time.
Karl244  [author] 9 Jun, 2015 @ 12:32pm
I know and I have been trying to update it, but the game crashes without an error log. So it is going to take some time before I find what is breaking the game.
Jakeman, Noble Citizen of London 9 Jun, 2015 @ 10:52am
Common Sense has been released.
Karl244  [author] 9 Jun, 2015 @ 6:01am
Common Sense would be released this week, so I will wait till it is released before I update it.
Gotta die fast 9 Jun, 2015 @ 1:58am
The old version is not compatible with the current update i have is it possible to fix it somehow because i cannot make an imperium
Karl244  [author] 22 May, 2015 @ 7:32am
@Highlordelliot, the military dictatorships have better religious tolerance and depending on what kind of a military dictatorship your country is (there are 3), you get force limit modifiers.
@Akai, I will change it, my sources may not be the best ones, but at least I came close! :)
Highlord Elliot 22 May, 2015 @ 7:18am
what are the benefits of military dictatorship?
Reverie 22 May, 2015 @ 5:31am
Your mod calls female rulers of Russian Empire "Tsarina", which is not exactly correct. Female from "Tsar' (рус. - Царь) is "Tsaritsa" (рус. - Царица). Source: am native speaker.

Other than that, I've been enjoying the mod quite a lot. Declaring my realm an empire is something I always wanted to happen in vanilla.
Karl244  [author] 20 May, 2015 @ 12:52pm
Thanks for the heads up. Yes the "Is that your heir" is mine, I will look into the events.
Gren 20 May, 2015 @ 12:46pm
Also the "Reaction" modifier is unable to be triggered with empire government type. Soz if you know that already.
Gren 20 May, 2015 @ 11:31am
I'm not sure if "Is that your heir?!" event is yours, but that and the "long live the emperor" events should be disabled when regency council is in power.
Karl244  [author] 20 May, 2015 @ 6:35am
Currently it only has one special event, but I am currently working on re-doing the whole election system for the Imperial Republic. If that system is working the way I like it I will also work on adding more general events for the Imperial Republic, as well as adding new event chains and decisions.
ojaiike 20 May, 2015 @ 6:33am
does it come with special events or factions?
Karl244  [author] 20 May, 2015 @ 6:32am
-1.5 prestige decay, +10% tax and +10% trade efficiency. When the 'Common Sense' DLC comes out I am planning on adding the parliament system to the Imperial Republic as well.
ojaiike 20 May, 2015 @ 6:29am
what are the government bonuses for imperial republics
Karl244  [author] 19 May, 2015 @ 12:36pm
If your country is getting pretty fucked up (low stability, low legitimacy/republic tradition) and the year is at least 1750, then there is a possibility of the spawning. Currently the event itself might not be 100% balanced, but these events get updated with the new dlc.
Gren 19 May, 2015 @ 5:26am
Okay, how do I get military dictatorship though?
Karl244  [author] 18 May, 2015 @ 1:15pm
Imperial Republic and Decaying Empire. Now the Decaying Empire happens by event if your nation became an empire during the game, but then got recked. So if you have about 20 provinces there is a chance an event fires where you can become this decaying empire.
Gren 18 May, 2015 @ 1:07pm
No, I meant, Empire types. The two are the Old Empire and "normal" Empire, but what are the other two?
Karl244  [author] 18 May, 2015 @ 12:38pm
Bassicly there are new 'Empire' government types. They are more or less 'upgrades' from the monarchy type of governments, with their own faction system and flavor events. Then there is also the Imperial Republic, but I am still working on that one, so currently that one is a bit 'empty'.
Gren 18 May, 2015 @ 11:18am
By the way, the forum links show an error to me, even though I'm logged at Paradox forums.
Gren 18 May, 2015 @ 11:17am
So uh what are the new government types?
Karl244  [author] 13 May, 2015 @ 6:21am
Well basicly you can only see the decision if you have at least 20 cities and are a monarchy. So don't worry, you just have to conquest a little more =P
Reverie 13 May, 2015 @ 6:14am
What defines if nation can or cannot adopt imperial administration? For example 1444 Burgundy doesn't have such decision while Ottos do. Is it limited to specific nations or do I have to do something specific to become empire as any country?
TallDwarf 13 May, 2015 @ 5:14am
Thank you good man!
Karl244  [author] 13 May, 2015 @ 5:11am
I think it is, yes.
TallDwarf 13 May, 2015 @ 2:54am
is this comapable with the extended timeline mod?
Karl244  [author] 9 May, 2015 @ 11:23am
I am currently working on a new election system in the Imperial Republic. Making elections much more interesting and more random. I hope it will be finished in the next two weeks.
Karl244  [author] 2 May, 2015 @ 2:27pm
Probably yes. I haven't tried it, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.
Emperor_Dragonias 2 May, 2015 @ 12:37pm
can i use this mod in a existing game ?
Karl244  [author] 30 Apr, 2015 @ 1:36pm
No I am not
Comrade Maxist 30 Apr, 2015 @ 10:17am
Marx are you an Imperialist?
LKA 26 Apr, 2015 @ 1:48pm
The mod looks interesting though :) I'm going to try it when I got my new PC
LKA 26 Apr, 2015 @ 1:47pm
Please, not this "Bob" shit again...they won't listen to stupid ASCII art.
Karl244  [author] 26 Apr, 2015 @ 1:46pm
You need at least 25 provinces to see the decision, then you need to meet the requirements, for example have 35 provinces, have a postive stability and don't be at war.
truelove101992 26 Apr, 2015 @ 1:23pm
How do you activate the government types?
