In the creation kit.Open data pick skyrim master and open. Search a book you know the name of. Then open it rename the id and the name. then cahnge the text tp what you want. Hit yes new form id. Open a cell in the reference window (hold shift to move it around its tricky/weird at first) Then drag the book into the world and then you can hit save and name your mod.
