Very good my friend

I started this mod, but it didn't feel correct to me.
I haven't played much of it, but seeing how health is on of the lowest values in the state is strange for me. State hospitals aren't even a thing in this fictional Belgium, while in the real Belgium we got one of the best social systems out there.
Maybe I'm wrong to accuse this mod as being incorrect just out of this one observation, but I have the feeling this mod doesn't correctly catch Belgium as it truely is and doesn't regard the true problems that this country has right now.

and national service is allong time not more
and belgium inttellinge service is to high
whe have no private jails
whe have state housing
whe have work savity laws
plastic bag tax
junk food tax
speed cameras
consumer rights
so this is more than one

So... if isn't correct tell me one policy that isn't correct

This shiit just got serious, I'm from Belgium myself and we got 9 governments in total.
Seems fun though

The mod seems to require a policy named "SameSex", which is not included with the standard game, or any of the retail expansion packs.

Lovely to see that there is finally a Belgium mod for Democracy 3.
Would you benefit from some 'inside' information concerning issues, policies in real-life Belgium? Looking forward in how this mod evolves.

While I fully support a Belgium mod for Democracy 3, there are quite a few inaccuracies here:

1) Term length is five years since 2012, and there is compulsory voting
2) there is no military service anymore
3) There is an inheritance tax (quite a heavy one actually)
4) The income/expenditure ratio is insane: almost 3 times as much expenditure as income. This leads to a debt crisis immediatly. And while Belgium has high debts, currently its paying zero interest on its loans.
5) Same sex Marriage is possible and legal since 2003
