@DerkeklyDave Sorry Dave I don't have enough control over that, search for a mod that affects candlelight in the same fashion (not rendered when crouched) and load it after my mod in order

@absol_89 the mod works fine and I really like the improvements but I have one problem:
in the describtion you wrote that a blank version could be made at a smelter, but its not blank its just a regular dawnbreaker. Did I missunderstand and should it be like this? If yes is it possible that you add a dawnbreaker without any enchantments? Just the sword? I want to enchant it myself and cant find any mod for it

@[TFL] Vsolid | Trade.tf will look amazing next to a dawnguard or spellbreaker shield i think!

Thanks Xanadu-King ! There are mods that improve and dims the candlelight as well. Load such mods after my mod in the load order and it might actually make the light less "flourescent annoying"

I enjoy this mod, it makes it quite enjoyable to have Merida floating around with me. I agree the candle light is a little intense. That being said, for the most part, I love it. Great mod, and a wonderful improvement to an awesome weapon.

the candlelight part is really annoying

It would be cool if it could temporarily disable/ banish undead for 5 seconds, other then that this mod is awsome, it really makes it feel like a undead killer

I love this sword, it has become my main hand weapon, Light bright enough to see by, and when I pass by people sometimes I get "Pretty colors" Cracked me up the first time I heard that. While the effect is a bit over powered, I feel it is now a fitting reward for that quest no matter what level it is finished at. However, I have yet to have any undead flee, but that's ok, gives me the chance to smite them to oblivion!

Making the light disappear while sneaking is pretty hard since it activates by equipping the sword itself. If you are after a sneak weapon, you should use something that doesn't explode as much!

I love this but I'd like the light to disappear when I'm sneaking at least.

The dawnbreaker sword itself holds the crit explosion, vampirism immunity and 15% exp boost. When you disenchant it: Only light, fire/ice blast and undead damage/fleeing will transfer over. Basically you'll choose between the sword effects, or scaling the damage up with enchanting.

This is too OP I think, but it's nice btw

If you find the beacon hard to locate, you can collect the crafting/smelting ingredients instead !
