LOL. These assets crack me up. 1:1 is the smaller building, 1:1.5 is the larger building !
It's 1.5 times larger ! Doh?

please, can you make smaller filesize version? game has a limit how much assets can be loaded and i'm forced to dump all nice large assets to be able to start.

Wow this looks great! I have always loved this building and its subtle effect on the Chicago skyline.

Really like how you have given the two scale options, with the 1:1 being out of proportion to the vanilla buildings.

Lol man, no joke, but I was about to respond to your comment at recommend you make this one next!

It really stands out, as it does in real life!

I remember walking past this thing in the winter time a lot, and they always had the surrounding sidewalks fenced off due to falling ice.
