@Dance Commander, the vanilla cap is 95% so a 90% mod isn't really worth it.
@Deimos and other, mod doesn't need an update, it still works great.
@Natedawg, yes it does work with AOC but not with modded factions like Theme of Sicily.
@ElCharlie, by tier the creator means that corruption values are determined by how many cities you have, a small empire is tier 1, a medium empire is tier 2 and a big empire is tier 3.
I'll try to look into it
I don't run other mods. Maybe you can fix it.

okay guys I attempted to make a no civil war mod, would really
appreciate feedbacks and any problems with it
Different thing as I modified it to have corruption
lowered in both tier 2 and tier 3, and it does
not look like they changed tier 2 corruption.
But please, could You be more specific in description of this mod (describing new levels of corruption by Empire level etc) for those, that don't know Your first "corruption fight" mod? :)
And please, sorry for my english - it's not my native language.. :)
