For me if i am saving this as a dupe it is saving normally.

@IcytubeTV is a god!: Sorry, I hadn't much time for steam till now. I still can't figure out why it doesn't work for some people but I've tried to sub a few minutes ago and now it worked fine. Even after reloading the page around 10 times it still shows "Subbed" (which didn't ever happen before...)
So maybe try to sub again, I hope it works for you too now :/

@Poopkinz: I just read about two possible ways to find dupes. First, (if you've not downloaded the dupe) you have to add the "owner" of the dupe. Then go ingame in the dupe folder and to the register friends or how it's called and there should it be. Stupid idea, i know.
Then there's second way (if you have already downloaded the dupe): play around with the gma. files which is not really easy. I never tried that on my own so I can't help you with this.
There seems to be no other way than these two, Garry really needs to fix this...

So, @everyone asking how to spawn this: I've searched Google and Steam up and down and literally everyone is saying that you can NOT download this dupe with a sub.
You have to search for it in the ingame-workshop and spawn it with the duplicator-tool (I just looked it up, the HMS is now on page 2 if you search under the "recently popular"-dupes), I'm sorry guys. I didn't know till now that the sub-button on dupes is only there to be there, it has no function at all it seems.
If someone knows another way how to solve the problem, please tell me and I'll post it in the discription for everyone.

How can i spawn this dupe?

This could be some error with the workshop and not the HMS itself.
Maybe try to dupe it ingame via the dupe folder. The Fearless should be on one of the first 10 pages in "most popular - recently"-category (last time i checked was yesterday, the HMS was on the 3rd page). This wont save the dupe as addon however.
I'll let you know if I find a better fix for that

How do I download it? When I subsribe it says its subscribed but when i enter the game it says: HMS FEARLESS (BRIG) is not an addon (unsubsciribing). How can i fix this?

@[TwO] MLGnoscopBREH: I have noticed that there aren't many ship mods, so I could make a ship to go with the cannons. :-)

@Sometin2: Good to hear ;) Would be great to finally have some ships with functional cannons, I'm looking forward to the finished mod ;)

Thanks for the link. The cannons are pretty cool looking. I actually think that has inspired me to make a cannon mod. :-)

@Sometin2: No need to excuse. The cannons aren't a addon, I took some parts of the standard GMod props and made some really simple dupes :P
They are built up really simple because I wanted them on the ship, therefore they shouldn't take much space in the final save file / dupe to avoid lags etc. but they did cause exactly what I didn't want. The cannons aren't much detailed and wont shoot anything, they are just built to look good...

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please DO NOT create a save file with the HMS in it! GMod WILL freeze for about 30 minutes or more guaranteed! I don't know why it takes so much time, saving the HMS as a dupe (if you changed something on it and want to keep it that way) however doesn't take more than 5 seconds.

@Sometin2: Thank you, it was not that much trouble but it took quite a while to connect everything with everything, no collide every part with the rest etc.

The thing is that these will only be dupes - so the users will probably always have to watch out for some things before spawning...

@tuzzag: Thanks, yeah AC4 was my first AC and made me almost instantly a fan of the franchise. But the story could be longer IMO. I just hate it when you've played through a great game and at the end you stand there with nothing more to do
