Maybe that's already explained somewhere or it is self explanatory but I thought I'd post it anyway for less smart people like me. :)

Slightly more green for a more caribbean look.
The reason you can only get a few different colors to work it that the config file does not support adjustments for hue, saturation or illumination. Its a blend of solid green and blue at a certain hue. Messed around for quite a while and can't seem to get many color options. Just thought I'd add my two cents. The above setting does look pretty good however. Much better than Vanilla.

This makes it clear so you can see bottom. Looks realistic as you can even see boat shadows on the sea floor when they pass as well as the shoreline itself. Shallow streams look like perfectly clean mountain fresh glacier water.
I like this setting...

Great mod!
If your water turns out 'milky', add one or two zero's (0.2 > 0.002) This makes it darker and worked for me
For those who not sure how to get the color you want,
Google a river picture of the color you want, then open in Paint > follow this picture guide:

Convert those values to " 0.XXX " & put those values in the correct section, clean, dirty or under.
RGB for the screenshot with darker water is 0.010, 0.020, 0.020.
LUT & modded terrain textures may also affect the overall color so play around with the values until you satisfy.
Is the config file created in the CSL Steam folder, and have you changed the values?
xonedl linked a few sets of textures to use in the discussions page for that mod
There's a mod around to do it?
0.01, 0.02, 0.02
But can you explain what is the use of the <a> attribute?
I tried various values but doesn't seems to show any differences.
