@Sir Eggmond i can completely understand that does take alot of time and effort. Just moving takes alot of effort so i can only imagine adding modding to that list. If you ever need someone to cretique your work just let me know i would glady also even though your mods are awesome :D thank you for replying also means alot to see you value comments.

@Sir Eggmond- they are not in the list for replacement general bodyguard units. Maybe an update will fix?

Can you do a Generals unit mod for the Celtic factions? I hate how the base General unit is replaced. Start out with Warlords, and then they get replaced by Royal Archers, thats not even a fair trade-off.

@ Sir I have a personal question i wish to ask of you, I myself am making a mod (it is finished and up on the wrkshop) but I haven't been able to get the unit to use my variant definition i made for them, seeing that you were able to do it I am asking for your help. please consider my request for I have been stumped for quite a while now and know not what to do. of course let's talk about this in the comment setion here, we could talk about this over Skype or the PM system Steam has set up only if you are willing to help me of course I do beilve Skype would be the better option for it has Screen share so you can see exactley what I am dealing with. Uh oh. if they removed that feature i'll have to put this unit in a building. I'll figure it out and try to get it fixed- hopefully soon.
May have to borrow a buddies PC for awhile though...hmm..

Hey Sir Eggmond, Before the patch I could select multiple generals types when raising a new army or replacing a dead one, just like you described below. But now I can't seem to recruit your unit. So your mod now longer works for me. Please check for me if you are able to still recruit this unit.

@ GigaPlex- When it's time to hire a new general in Grand Campaign- whether it be when raising a new army or replacing a dead guy, it will give you a list of units to stick to your general.
These guys are in that list.

That or you can go into the general view and replace the guy directly- getting this unit right away. Should be for ERE only, as well.

@ GigaPlex - As general’s bodyguard ONLY (For now) until i get my modding back up.

So when you recruit a general or replace your bodyguard, they are in that list.

real quick question. When I want to recruit general, I only get 2 options... rest of the options for general are stacked in 1 row, and so only 2 options are showing... instead of having all option stacked next to each other like unit recruitment. Any idea to fix it?

i can now see 2 units for body guard with room for one more but the gryphones are not showing up do i need a certain tech or building to get them as body gaurd

That might mean you have too many general options mods, or maybe the arrow can show my unit. It works for me still, but I'll check the files,

If anyone else sees this problem please tell me, so i can confirm it's not just isolated and fix it

does this mod still work i cant seem to get it to work when i recruit a general i cant see all the unit options because they run down past the bottom of the box so i dunno if i just cant see the gryphons or not

haha! the best thing happened the other day... i got a general as the saxons called Eomer. naturally, i immediately recruited a full army of heroic cavalry (because i totally have 8k per turn to burn) and called them the rohirrim. they looked just right too... saxons FTW.

awesome! saxons were the first faction i played as, in memory of how OP they were in barbarian invasion. saxons and franks don't get enough love from the mod community IMO.

would it be possible to give a unit like this wardogs? as in, the base game has units of 40 men, 120 wardogs... would it be possible to make a unit of 120 heavy troops, with 40 dogs? i know at that point the dogs wouldn't be their usual OP self, but then that's what the heavy troops are for.
i like your take on elite noblemen units and it'd kinda make sense if some of them were followed into battle by their faithful warhounds.

Lol they look more than Norse than Roman, but still they're beautiful, nice job!. Personal imput, in order to keep a 'cool' look, just let the units have the helmet styles of the last two pictures, cause the others look kinda fugly.

Just added the proper meshes for the factions, so if the unit was invisible for rebels, i added rebels in the variant mesh tables

All my mods are a forever WIP, as every patch to attila adds a bug or change i must make- also i tweak them a lot. So i just leave them in eternal Beta XD- but they always work.

(Btw if you see the invisible soldiers bug, just tell me what faction was using them and i can fix it quick)
