Looks nice, I thought it was pyro-only but it changes the look of the mask for each class. I would love to see this ingame.

Isn't there already an engineer misc. called the Iron Lung? If not, there's something close in the name, so that may have to be changed.

I like the idea and I support more pyro masks, but I think that it looks a bit too much on the hazmat headcase (that is just my idea though). Also, the strap (is that the word?) could use something more, like some colouration or a logo like that from tf2.
