I reversed that logic as I knew of this first. Doubt that any inspiration is gathered from either one. Both Ships were revealed to the public around 2011-2012... So seems a coincidence. Ofcourse this design goes all the way back to the Space Oddysee days and even the Tantive IV from Star Wars in 1977.

For Sure Leanardoe! Probably something to do in the future when we dont have to mod everything in to get small ships to act like proper space ships :) (Doors come to mind which we need for a build like this)... For now, enjoy the view guys, its just a set-piece :P

Could just be the complexity of the build @nightcharge.... try the worldfile and copy from there I guess

for some reason this blueprint when i try to paste it in the world it locks up space engineers and im forced to end it via task manager is there any way to stop this from happening?

@joshmbeatty I reuploaded the world file and tested out the file by downloading from the workshop. Try it now!

@joshmbeatty: I added some of the mods that were missing from the list, I hope now that your ships looks how it is supposed to look ;)

also sorry forgot to add neither of the world files work

quick question i have all the mods that are required only porblem is when i try to paste this into a world it shoots me a warning not all blocks are present and half the ship is missing

Thanks you guys, really appreciate the support :) The trees are a mod by sanchin, and this is indeed the fancy version (most xpensive too!) On the small ship/large ship note: This would never have been possible with a large ship version (to scale) so thank you for understanding :)

initially I was opposed to making "large small ships" (small ships used to seriously lag worlds bad, and I suspect it used to be that small blocks and large blocks held the same data, so a big small ship would lag sooner with less overall area; however, it seems that this has been fixed in a patch), but now I'm seriously liking the added detail and control that you're able to put into making this ship.
