The optional features addon was built by me with the help of various friends. Long-story short I'm not a coder and I tried to code an addon before I could find a coder myself. The whole addon is pretty much broken as a result right now. I'm hoping to have it rebuilt by a friend of mine who is actually a coder which should eliminate bugs and add a lot of cool new things I have planned to bring the models to life.

There is a master slider in the faceposer menu that should be set to 1. Ensure it's not set to -1 instead.

Don't know if you know about it, but I've been having issues using the face posing. Whenever I use one of the sliders, the opposite occurs. Like when I tried to make a smile, it frowned, and vice versa. Or when I opened the mouth, it closed more. I've just noticed this with most of the models, and I do get that they're still being worked on. Just wanted to let you know, because these models are great!

Like I said, just do some googling. Try the first few links or going to images. Nevertheless there's no need to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Perhaps you simply disagree on my methods, though that is not criticism and it is not grounds for changes. Chibis have their own style and flavor. You're pretty much welcome to do whatever you wish -- that's what art is.

Chibi generally just refers to a short, often child-like character. There's a variety of uses and no forced style or forced uses. Plenty do have fingers, plenty aren't necessarily for comedic purposes, they don't always use a child's voice, and the personality doesn't mysteriously differ. I don't know where you got the definition from but I'd personally prefer to avoid false definitions. You're more than welcome to pretend this isn't a chibi but I don't plan on making any changes.
