@Roleander: Steam should automatically download the map for you. After a restart of AoW III you'll find the map in scenarios/community.

Hi this map looks beautiful, but could you please help me to find out how to download it. Im already subscribed but it does not seem to work.

Simply exquisite :D and I can completely understand how it can be, I did poetry in High School and sometimes it would take me a week to come up with 2 lines :P

Be sure to post back here with your progress tho, I wanna make sure not to miss any details on it :)
Salutations, Lord Wolfe

Actually I am working on a sequence of the story, stay tuned :)
But this takes a lot of work, so don't expect it in the next month xD

There will be something big, the story will go on I promise :)
Greetings, 3DBlume

@Xaldin
Your Map settings will have an impact on your income, just like the map settings I did.
But it is intentional that you have a huge income, between 400 and 600 (gold income for example)
to guarantee you a good start into the map.

But tell me, what is the amount of gold you got every round?
Xaldin 23 May, 2015 @ 10:48am
Also, one other question. I seem to have a huge bonus to base mana and gold income, was that intentional?

@Xaldin
Well, you got a point there.
In the end I am happy for any feedback, now I know what I could improve in the next map.
But I'm glad to hear that you liked the idea :)
Xaldin 23 May, 2015 @ 10:35am
Fair enough. It is interesting teaser though. An intruiging glimpse into another world where a man newly risen from the dead, is faced with difficulties and dangers he does not understand, aided by an unsettling guide who may or may not have his best interests in mind. The idea of a campaign that explores that is more unusual than just another map. (Although the map itself is fun and well designed, make no mistake.)

@Xaldin
I'm sorry to say that it doesn't :/
I never ever thought about people loving this story so much that they wanted to hear more about it. I wanted to celebrate the "necromancer dlc" with a dark and spooky map and wrote a short teaser to get you into the right moode to play the mod. I am very sorry if I dissapointed you, but I never though about a hype like this just because of the teaser. But because of this I decided to make a mod with this story in it, maybe it will be a campaign or something. I hope you still enjoyed the map,
Sincerely 3DBlume

Does the intro story play into the scenario in any way? I have only done the first few turns, and have't seen anything other than a normal scenario. Albeit a very, very pretty one.

@Impunic Wight
I will definitly check it out, I promise!
Maybe this is the platform I was looking for^^
Thank your for this hint :3

@Walter White
I'm flattered, thank you very much :3

Awesome description. It was very beautiful :D

Choice of Games is an independent site where you can download the "engine" its called choice script. If you download it and develop a game book you can publish it anywhere. There are many talented writers there. But I will write a few examples that you can look up on steam:

Choice of a Robot (steam)
Neighborhood necromancer (google store, apple store maybe even steam)
Choice of the Vampire (google store and apple)
Alter ego (google store, made with choice script)

There are many Choice of games, but I really think you should try it :) you will be welcomed with open arms within the community. :D

@qinlongfei
Thank you very much, very nice to hear that you appreciated my little story :3
But this is a scenario, not a campaign, so the story has to be seen as a teaser.
Anyway, thank you for your feedback :*

@Impunic Wight
Never thought about it, do you know a nice platform to do so?
I am totally into games with choices, for example "life is strange".
Yes, I think a game in a dark style with a necromantic background AND choices would be awesome, that's true :D
Would be great to work on something like this, but the question is: how?

@qinlongfei; @Impunic Wight
Maybe I will work on a campaign map in the future, but in my mind most people of this community love to play scenario maps, just like the "middle earth" maps. So I decided to work on scenario maps in the past. I will think about making a campaign because of your feedback :*
Cowtow 18 May, 2015 @ 2:20pm
You should write a book, I haven't played the mod yet because I just subscribed. But the story is the main thing that reeled me in. I am a sucker for necromantic stories, especially creepy ones.
I don't know if you are familiar with choice of games but I think you should try it out. :) :ambition:

Am I the only one who find it a little bit creepy that a 12 years old girl (although since she's dead she's technically older than 12 now I guess) says the line 'we are like husband and wife forever'? Although much like Charlatan, I have to say I am thoroughly intrigued and captivated by this intro story and want to play the map and see the whole story unfold.

Thank you very much for your hard work on making this map.

Thank you very much^^ Happy to hear that you liked my story in a different way :D And thank you for your subscription, it means a lot to me :'3
Charlatan 8 May, 2015 @ 3:38pm
I'm more intrigued than bonechilled :P
Wonder what's going on there *subscribes*

Thank you very much, nice to hear that some people of the community appreciate the weeks of work I put in my maps! :'3 Especially that you actually READ my intro story and actually liked it is such a big compliment, thank you very much for your feedback <3

Your Intro Story Was Bone Chilling... Nice Job? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Can't Wait To Play (Looks Bloody Awesome!)
