Cicillia, are you trying to run all of those together? At least two of those are modding the same area (the main hall) and thus are going to cause a conflict.

The only thing I dislike about this mod is the mushrooms + swamp fungal pod, but it's good other than that.

Maybe Im doing something wrong here, but I desperately need help. This mod singlehandedly broke my game. Yes I have SKSE, yes I have ENB, yes I removed all the texture improvements and made my game butt ugly. The only thing that changing textures did was move the moment of crash from being in-game approaching lakeview, to crashing during launch. I want to use this mod so bad but my game cannot function with lakeviews amazing existence.

For anyone having trouble with this mod: Depending on your PC specs (anything over Skyrim's bit limitation) following the STEP project's guide on ENBoost and using CrashFixes and Plugin Preloader should resolve CTD issues from the game running out of memory space when loading into Lakeview. This is a large mod with many cells!

I still can't believe tha developers lazyness in hearthfire ( not only ).All 3 houses you can build are exactly the same.They have the same architecture, the same decoration options the same furniture in the same position.It is a manor/estate and they did not even bother to script an option to build a fence around the manor ( and script spawn 3-4 lakeview manor guards doing patrols/or guarding the entrance, since you are imperial, sided with the legion and reached the rank of legatus, there should be some kind of imperial legion vigiles protecting the manor ) and later maybe upgrade it to a wall.
Also, since you are legatus you should be greeted accordingly by legionaries and "socii" guards, especially if you wear the imperial armor.
Thank goodness we have the modders who have a passion to make improvements at this game.

i downloaded your mod, it kept crashing, i delted all of my mods and then played and my entire house is gone

It actually makes lakeview a true manor-house (not sure on proper spelling)

It's beautiful, but it's one of the least stable mods I've ever used. Whenever I try to fast travel to or away from Lakeview Manor, I have a 50% chance of CTD. It gets...tiring.

Love this mod; it is beautiful! I like that it doesn't change the inside. I'm a "collector" and like having a display mod for inside the house. Future update? It would be cool to be able to hire guards who actually help with bandits and giants. Definately recommend this mod!

i love this mod, normally i dont like even commenting on mods but this mod is wonderful, whenever i get houses in skyrim like lakeview it just feels like a normal house but this mod actully makes you feel like you own an estate and not a abandoned secluded mansion in the woods, i highly recomend this mod to anyone intreasted in making there houses feel like something more and i cant wait to see if the author of this mod will do anything like this again (if he/she already hasn't).

i upgraded my entire house + furniture (apart from the hideous animal head wall decor) then finally downloaded this mod, went to my lakeview manor house and..... looks the exact same, no changes at all. what did i do wrong?!? :s

I really appreciate having one home surrounded by walls and gates. I don't like coming home to find my spouse was kidnapped. I also used a mod with guards to help protect my family while I am out saving the world. I just wish you would add a guard tower and some roving guards that I can give armor to. why does no one allow you to have guards you can equip with better equipment? But I do LOVE the improvements you made to my home. You are right, Shezrie's mods work seemlessly with yours. Thanks for that too! :)

Hmm maybe its a conflicting mod or something, because its definatly been mor then 10 days and they havent regrown.

@TimeSageX13 Hi, glad you like it, the little garden area on the back grows like normal plants on the wild, means that the cell needs to reset normally when you are outside exploring, usually if im not wrong, like 10 days staying outside the area.

I just noticed, the little garden area at the back is not working correctly, alchemy ingredients dont grow back after being harvested for some reason.

Also, after adding Shezrie's Lakeview Kitchen I was able to walk up to the area while this mod was activated and it did NOT crash before I built the house.

I LOVE this mod, Its one of my favorites, Your other mods are pretty awesome too, I know its comming but I gotta say, I cant wait for the other two mannors to be done up in similar fasions, I'll get them both!

@Egomaru; wait till the launcher sync with the subscribed mod and check that the mod is enable on data.

Could you please add guards to this it would be nice if there were guards by the main door and 2 gates and a few on patrol , thay could be just Falkreth guards not like personal or anything . thank you anyway for a wonderful mod :)
