Hmmm, might have to do with the overlapping sprites. I'll see what I can do about it. If not, then we'll have to let it be but I think I might know why. Just gotta check it in soon. (Don't worry, I noticed it too lol )

Oooh, and I don't mean to be annoying, but would there be any way to make it look like you're actually in the water/mud when you get into a water/mud tile? Right now it looks like you're walking on water lol

Ooooh, a MvM Robot would be even better! I thought of a BLU Medic because since you're in Red, your opponent is supposed to be BLU. Besides, I imagine changing the colours to blue would be easier than making a whole new sprite for the MvM Medic.

Well actually I thought of having a BLU coloured Medic/TF2 character as an alternate choice rather than a clone but I'll think about it. I mean we both play red and blue so why not both? c:

Unless the clone is a MvM Robot of course, that would be better.

Great job! I'm loving this mod, especially since I main Medic in TF2!
However, I would like to suggest something: could you make the clone enemy look like a BLU Medic? That'd make this mode absolutely perfect! Thanks a lot for your hard work!

They're not that bad. It does look a bit weird to some but they look fine to me. I don't plan to do armors for them though I think a friend of mine feels like doing them.

If you were to look it that way, then yes. I noticed it too but luckily it kind of look good as arm/shoulder pads for him. The armors actually come in a separate form and it's not connected with the character sprites. Basically, armors are not in the same sprite sheet.

Ah, simple. After you downloaded it, go into the game. Press "Esc" to bring up the menu and look for "Mods". Then pick the one which allows you to choose a mod and pick the file with the name on it. This mod is for the Bard character so you have to switch to Bard in order to see it work.

It didn't work? It normally works well for me (both Cadence and Bard) using Medic. Maybe you can check the mods folder in case the arrangement goes wrong. Or did you forget to activate the mods?

I'm about to add voices for Medic and add Sniper (with voices) soon so maybe those would work well hopefully.

Well like I said, sometimes what you expect might not go as you would thought of. I might put Demoman as Eli of course but I'm pretty sure everyone else also wants a normal Cadence/Bard gameplay. Just keep looking forward to it.

Maybe the medic should be Dove (the medic doesn't deal that much damage), demo replaces Eli,
scout the Dorian (leaping=fast) or Bolt, and spy Coda (they're very hard to play). I knew this mod was coming! It is well done, except the animation. But I know you can fix it!

I would suggest your start off with something a little more simple than multiple movements, such as perhaps just a single movement of the body bobbing up and down, and then getting the head doing something similar, but then again I've never created a mod, so I wouldn't know the detailing that goes into that.
I'd been thinking about making some characters myself, however they're all OC's from both myself and my friends.

Keep trying though, as some say practice makes perfect, and I'd love to see more of the characters from you.

I have to agree to be honest. When I seperate them respectively, I thought they would fit the movement similar to how most of the characters move in the game. But when I see it in animation, results say otherwise and it looks pretty silly. Probably because I focus a lot on the details of the sprites that it even affects the way it moves. (Like his belts and pants that look like they're wobbling)

Thank you for the criticism though. I'm still trying to get used to the style and if possible, make it more original and custom rather than follow the playable characters' body movement.

The only thing that doesn't take my fancy about this mod is the way the animation is going.
It seems like a mix of actions are trying to take place at once, and to add to that the 'head-bobbing' (I guess you could call it) doesn't look very smooth, as it only appears to be two frames of the entire animation.

The body movement isn't my taste either, but it's not bad for what it is.

It would be weird for Medic to obviously have a girl's voice. I can thee the possibility of modding them but it'll take a really long time due to how many replacements I might need to do. But thank you for the compliment. Expect more classes soon, whether it replaces one character or another.

Of course, if you still want the character mod to replace Cadence for normal fun and challenge, just comment here and I can add it for you. Easy job.
