Knacky 27.2.2018 klo 11.46
@Harag Can we expect a functionnal version in the future ? That mod is so cool, it's a must have ! The hologram doesn't appear, we can only see a faint spheric shadow but not the planet texture... :'(
TheGaminODST 31.12.2017 klo 4.41

How do I use this? I spawn it in and there is no globe :(
Harag  [tekijä] 27.9.2016 klo 12.05
Please see the last screenshot above. It shows where to grind down the globe.

Love this mod, although i have encountered a issue/bug. when i was building i decided to place a rotating hologram table, but a few seconds later i deciced to swap it out for a smaller one, the problem was when i removed the table it did not remove the planet hologram, and was counting it as a block even though it wasn't so i was not able to place the block. when i tried to remove it it registered as it not being their, but i still couldn't place a block. i tried reloading the world and it still occured.
Paul B. Hartzog 15.8.2016 klo 10.39
Love this mod. Any chance of getting the rotating version for small ship grids?
UnboltedKnight 5.3.2016 klo 9.14
It would be nice if Space Engineers can add this mod into the game because it looks good and it feels like it should be in the game and Graet job mate:steamhappy:
Lanyx 10.2.2016 klo 18.30
Awsom - nicely done!!!
sigmarizz98 12.1.2016 klo 8.56
pairs well with command consles and azimuth, nice job harag:steamhappy:
Harag  [tekijä] 15.10.2015 klo 17.37
The rotating projection is based on the game's rotor-head. You have to grind it down yourself. See the 4th screenshot above to find the location where.

Also note that there is now a version of this projector that can project any blueprint and is not based on a rotor.

Too many pages to run through, so just adding this here, (feel free to delete this post if I'm out-dated).
The holographic projection remains in place after destrying/ grinding down the projector. Recommend making the projection disappear after the block has taken x-amount of damage (if possible, flickering when at low damage, completely turning off when at high damage?)

I like this mod since it helps bring back a table similar to what I used to work into my command rooms and bridges from the CW&EE mod before I started going into dx11. Any chance of one similar to the table with overhead display screens hanging above it? With one like that again in an updated form to work with the larger command bridges would look even better.
Canteloupe 10.8.2015 klo 12.39
Hmm ty :steamhappy:
Harag  [tekijä] 10.8.2015 klo 11.56
This is normal for all rotors in the game. The head remains when the body is drilled down. See the 4th screenshot above. It shows the place where you can drill down the globe.
Canteloupe 10.8.2015 klo 11.03
Um i found a glitch where when i place the Holo Globe Rotating then delete it the globe is still there but the base is not
El Monstero29 5.8.2015 klo 16.31
That would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Harag  [tekijä] 5.8.2015 klo 10.41
True, the globe has a lot of transparent triangles. Close up I can't do much about that. When viewed from afar I could add Level-of-Detail models to reduce the performance impact.
El Monstero29 4.8.2015 klo 18.33
I really like the way these look. You did an excellent job!

I'm wondering, however, if you could optimize the textures/meshes a little more? Whilst doing some testing with many different mods I and a freind of mine determined that for each of these holo tables that we placed down we would lose aproximately 3 fps. Now that doesn't seem like much in the long run I know but it really does matter when the ship your building is already bringing the fps down to 30. We can't use these awesome blocks simply because our frame rate drops too much for a single block.

Regardless, thank you for all the work you've put in to these they really do look great ;)
Harag  [tekijä] 27.7.2015 klo 1.32
The block has textures for DirectX 11. I can't see anything wrong with them on my end.
Kerian Halcyon 26.7.2015 klo 20.46
@Harag - Not to seem like a nag, but I was wondering if Derp's request was solved or not. I'd like to include this in a future build though given that DX-11 seems to run faster than DX-9 on my CPU I'd rather have the former over the latter available.

Your mod's amazing by the way. ^^
cakethulu 2.7.2015 klo 22.46
can you do one that displays the milky way galaxy so I can finally make my perfect SSV Normandy?
Harag  [tekijä] 29.6.2015 klo 3.09
@Derp That's strange, there should already be DX11 textures.

@thirst: Again, please take a look at the last screenshot above. The yellow disc is the location to grind down the globe. It might be easier with a ship grinder than with the manual grinder.
goodvibespreston 28.6.2015 klo 19.40
I have the same issue as Wangmang did I can't remove the globe once the stand is gone. Any Help?
KilledJoy 6.6.2015 klo 17.21
DX-11 ... no rush simply curious i understand if you are busy i hear it takes a long time to update DX-11 and the textures for DX-11 holographic are not there i hear.
Harag  [tekijä] 6.6.2015 klo 8.45
Yes, these do. But there's no information on how transparent glass textures interact with the new DirectX11 textures. Also, these blocks deserve true PBR textures not just some DX9 textures that were simply converted.
Mikal 2.6.2015 klo 13.11
Needs DX11 fix.
Harag  [tekijä] 1.6.2015 klo 11.17
Please see the last screenshot above. The yellow circle is the spot where you can grind down the globe.
quibslington 1.6.2015 klo 11.04
I cant remove the actual globe itself, it just floats around when i remove the stand. Help?
Zavokh 1.6.2015 klo 1.28
Please make this awesome mod compatible with DX11!
MT_NARDO74 28.5.2015 klo 14.15
thumbs up * sorry
MT_NARDO74 28.5.2015 klo 14.15
thumbs for a Yavin 4 or Death Star/ Endor versions maybe as separate mod for Star Wars community pack addition
Harag  [tekijä] 23.5.2015 klo 11.38
This is just a hobby for me. So, as time and motivation permits...
aMetzgermeister 23.5.2015 klo 10.59
Will you be making more mods like this? The console mod hasnt had any additions in forever, and it seems like you could carry on with mods as amazing as that one.
KaRaSu©- Chilled 2 Da Soul 22.5.2015 klo 14.50
Could you make a Large/Small Ship Version with
the planet being replaced by an asteroid, or a large
asteroid with small asteroids around it. It doesn't have
to rotate just be able to have a light or screens mounted
above it and make small ship version 3X2X3.
If so I would gladly donate to your mod cause.
:mechy:
Harag  [tekijä] 20.5.2015 klo 11.14
@Shadow: Thanks, nice catch
McCloud Jr 19.5.2015 klo 20.08
would it be possible to have where it displays something other than Earth?
Zavokh 19.5.2015 klo 10.50
Awesome mod but the icon of the 2nd variant is missing.
Cap'n Crowbar 18.5.2015 klo 21.07
Oh my god, this is exactly what I've been looking for. Thank you!
Riverey 18.5.2015 klo 17.26
Thanks for the small ship version!
I agree with the @freddygonzalez1974, can you please make smaller version of it? Especially for the small ships)
PukingTrumpet 15.5.2015 klo 17.34
Could it be possible to make a 1x1 version?
Would love to have it in my scout ship but my ceiling is to low.
Great mod by the way
