I use win 10, any ideas where I could find it?
Is there a way to configure slopes from other mods as well?
I hope that this will help you find the bug and potentially repair it if you find time.
@b-fokke, to test this just open the configuration xml file and try changing the relaxed limit for large (or medium) roads to 1.0. According to the tool at http://www.1728.org/gradient.htm , a grade of 100 (input in percent, not decimal format) should yield a maximum slope of 45 degrees. You'll find that the slope is still limited to an angle much less than 45 degrees even when holding the relaxed hotkey.
I have a small request/suggestion, to move the config file to the ~user directory, such as ~Cities Skylines/ModConfig
NetworkType Name="Small Road" StrictLimit="0.15" RelaxedLimit="0.3"
NetworkType Name="Medium Road" StrictLimit="0.1" RelaxedLimit="0.2"
NetworkType Name="Large Road" StrictLimit="0.1" RelaxedLimit="0.2"
NetworkType Name="Ramp" StrictLimit="0.15" RelaxedLimit="0.3"
NetworkType Name="Highway" StrictLimit="0.07" RelaxedLimit="0.14"
NetworkType Name="Train Track" StrictLimit="0.05" RelaxedLimit="0.1"
For newcomers to this mod: you see where the Relaxed limit is sometimes stricter than Vanilla, sometimes more permissive.
I'd like to suggest: put a comment in the SmoothSlopesConfig-orig.xml file, giving a concise contrast between the two or most likely three sets of values: Strict, Relaxed, and Vanilla.
Thank you for this mod: the Vanilla slope values are faintly ridiculous, and I'm grateful to have provided a way to adjust them.
or isn't it that easy? :-) Sorry i don't know a thing about coding.

traffic++ had same problem so we disabled it in a hotfix, but currently working on second hotfix to add it back in using vanilla UI :)
traffic++ code will be getting uploaded to github - https://github.com/joaofarias/csl-traffic
