Dunno if it was me (well mods...) or if pleaced near an intersection, it was put all over the pedestrian path, so almost in the street. Nothing Move It could fix, so no problem for me.

Updated it for AD changed radius from 62 to 94 ,radius is always good thing , placed bicycle holder and changed pavement .

the overlapping is no big problem .

The building is a bit too near to the front, so it overlaps the walkway from the road a little.
When the road is slightly curved, it overlaps much more.
In the original asset the building is a little more ahead.
