I feel you man, but to achieve a certain atmosphere i need things which i can find only in mods.
Number of required mods will decrease once CUP will cover terrains and factions.

Why would you need that much mods seriously....

I recommend using direct download link if there are problems with the Workshop.

Make sure you have FATA and Afghan Village mods enabled.
If you already do maybe there is a problem with the publisher tool i use which tags the mission a bit weird.
Until i sort this out you can use this link from armaholic to download the mission. You will find there instructions to place the file manually in your library:

Once you do this(make sure you extracted the file from archive) in your mission list, under Afghan Village, you should see a mission named:
co@15_glowing-desert.praa_av

Let me know if you sort it out. I'll try to see what i can do on my side to avoid this kind of problems for the next episodes.
