Its more like a scripted sequence, but in certain areas, yes.

Not yet, I've kinda been putting it off because the items I used were from hl2 ep 2 and I don't know how to get them to work on GMOD

Its broken atm, gmod doesn't have some skins that half life does, and its just a test map.
