Her descriptions of most objects is "I may be blind, but I can see it with my feet," but she has custom descriptions for a few things, and there are some objects for which her description is "I may be blind, but I can see it... for some reason." This serves to lampshade the fact that, realistically, Toph's earthbending "sight" shouldn't be able to pick up on it.
In actuality, the main reason was that I still have only a cursory understanding of Lua (and almost zero understanding of graphics rendering), and thus have no real concept of how to make a given object partially or conditionally visible... including the condition of "is the character currently being played Toph".
I'm really glad you enjoy the mod!
1) Go to your library, right-click Don't Starve, and select Properties. In the new window, click the "Local Files" tab and click the "Browse Local Files" button. This will open the Don't Starve folder. From there, open the folder called "mods"
2) Find which folder in your mods is this one. It should be called "workshop-445539525". When you find the right folder, open it up.
3) Open the folder called "scripts", and then the one called "prefabs". There, you'll find a file called "toph.lua". You can open that up with any plain text editor like Notepad.
4) Scroll down to the bottom of the file, and you'll see a line (fifth from the bottom) that starts with "GetWorld()". You'll want to add two hyphens to it so that it starts with "--GetWorld()" instead. Be sure to save the change.
Be sure to let me know if that doesn't fix the problem.
