Looks fantastic, thank you for making this! I'm also glad you mentioned how spawning it works to some extent. So what is the chance of it spawning with the pre-existing police cars? Or is it just random? I still barely have any idea of how modded vehicles work. :P

It does not replace the deault vehicle completely - it shows up randomly from police stations alongside it.

Note that this is my first mod for Cities Skylines and there might be some stuff that's not working optimally yet. Let me know if this is the case for anyone!
